Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of AiDocs, a private assistant for real estate teams provided by AiDocs. By using AiDocs, or by connecting a Google account to it, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the team you represent.
1. The service
AiDocs helps a real estate team with document work: it files incoming documents into deals, reads the details needed for paperwork, and prepares draft forms from information on file. AiDocs is provided by invitation to teams that have an arrangement with AiDocs; it is not open for public sign-up.
2. Who may use it
- Only people the team authorises may use AiDocs, each within the access their role allows.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and connected accounts secure, and for telling us promptly if you believe they have been misused.
3. Your content
- Documents, email and other information you or your team provide remain yours.
- You grant AiDocs permission to process that content only as needed to provide and support AiDocs, as described in the privacy policy.
- You confirm that you have the right and any consent required to share that information with AiDocs, including information about your clients.
4. AI-prepared work must be reviewed
AiDocs uses AI and automated rules. It can make mistakes, and it may not find every relevant detail. Everything AiDocs prepares, including filed documents, extracted details, dates and draft forms, is a draft for your review. You are responsible for checking it before relying on it, sending it or signing it. AiDocs does not provide legal, financial or real estate advice, and it does not replace your professional judgement or your obligations under the rules that apply to your practice.
5. Google and other services
AiDocs connects to Google services only with the permission of the Google account owner, who can remove that access at any time from Google Account permissions. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. AiDocs also relies on hosting and AI providers; their availability can affect the service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AiDocs for anything unlawful; not to attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to use; not to interfere with or disrupt the service; and not to copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
7. Fees
Any fees for AiDocs are set out in the team's separate arrangement with AiDocs.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep AiDocs available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or pause features, for example for maintenance or security. We will tell teams about changes that materially affect them.
9. Suspension and ending use
A team may stop using AiDocs at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if needed to protect the service or others. When use ends, information is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AiDocs is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and AiDocs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on AI-prepared work that was not reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be communicated to the teams using AiDocs.
